The Southwest Monsoon has officially arrived in Jharkhand, bringing a promise of rain across the state. The Meteorological Department has reported that all districts are likely to receive rainfall, with several experiencing heavy rainfall. The weather forecast indicates light to moderate rainfall for most districts, and heavy rainfall for the southern and central regions. The northern areas are likely to face thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds with speeds between 40-50 km/h. Heavy rainfall is also expected in some northeastern regions on June 18th, along with strong winds in some northern districts. In Ranchi and surrounding areas, light rainfall in the morning brought the temperature down to 25 degrees Celsius.
