A vigilant RPF team has made a substantial seizure of firecrackers, valued at Rs 23,182, at Muri Railway Station. The find occurred during a routine security operation aimed at enhancing safety and preventing illicit activities. Officers, acting on intelligence and under the command of Pawan Kumar, were patrolling the Muri station area and Train 18626 Express. They identified a large, unclaimed white bag left unattended on Platform 1. A thorough inspection confirmed the bag contained a considerable quantity of fireworks. Following unsuccessful attempts to locate the owner through public announcements, the RPF moved to confiscate the contraband. ASI Anil Kumar, heading the operation, ensured the safe and lawful seizure of the firecrackers, which were then transferred to the custody of the RPF Post in Muri for further proceedings.
