Good news for Deoghar residents! A new road is set to be built, connecting Deoghar to Madhupur. This project represents a significant investment of 20 crore. The proposed road will span 28 kilometers, passing through Mohanpur Ghat. The Road Construction Department has already initiated the tendering process, with the deadline for submissions set for July 22nd. The tenders will be opened on July 24th. Although the tender process is underway, construction work is expected to begin after the monsoon season. The existing road poses significant challenges for travelers due to its poor condition, especially during the rainy season. The new road will substantially improve transportation and connectivity between Deoghar and Madhupur.
