A disturbing incident in Ranchi has led to the arrest of a man accused of filming a BSc nursing student while she was bathing. The police acted swiftly and apprehended the suspect, Manish Kumar, also known as Liluwa, following the incident. The event occurred on Thursday around 2:30 PM. The victim is a student at RIMS, pursuing her BSc in Nursing. The accused was residing in a rented apartment near the student’s residence in the Indraprastha Colony area of Joda Talab. It’s alleged that the accused removed a window pane to carry out the act. The student raised an alarm upon realizing what was happening, causing the accused to flee. Local residents immediately contacted the Bariyatu police station. The police detained the suspect’s father initially. The accused later turned himself in to the police and was arrested; his father was then released.
