An individual has been arrested in connection with the assault of a young girl in the Bagbeda area of Jamshedpur. The incident, which occurred when family members were absent, involved a relative who abused a 2.5-year-old child. Upon returning home, the family discovered the assault after the child recounted what happened. A complaint was filed at the Bagbeda police station, and the accused was subsequently apprehended. The accused, from Bihar, admitted to the crime. The police are conducting medical examinations and preparing the child’s statement for court, and the accused is now in judicial custody.
