
A wave of devotion swept through Parsabad with the successful conclusion of the Shri Shyam Seva Mandal’s 14th Kirtan Samaroh. The event, graced by hosts Roshan Chawla and Anu Chawla’s devotional prayers, was a testament to community spirit and faith. Thousands of devotees from Jhumri Tilaiya and Parsabad united, transforming the venue into a hub of spiritual fervor. Former Barkatha MLA Janaki Prasad Yadav was also in attendance.
The kirtan featured a blend of local and external artists who performed devotional songs dedicated to Baba Shyam. Following the spiritual proceedings, the Mandal held a crucial meeting to strategize future events. The organization revealed plans for a significantly grand annual festival this year. Mandal President Joshi Kumar confirmed that the next kirtan will occur on December 28th. The grand annual festival is scheduled for January 19th and 20th. Excitement is palpable as renowned bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal is set to grace the event on January 20th.
The Block Maidan will host the main festival activities on January 20th. A day earlier, on January 19th, a magnificent procession will depart from Addi Bangla, traversing through Station Road, Jhanda Chowk, Purnima Talkies, Maharana Pratap Chowk, and Service Road before arriving at the Block Maidan. The Shyam Seva Mandal is encouraging widespread participation to make this annual celebration a resounding success.
