Sharangi requested that people pray for Minister Soren’s quick recovery. Sharangi is in Delhi and will convey authentic information after meeting with doctors. The news of the minister’s illness and his admission to a Delhi hospital created a buzz in the political landscape. Some leaders and individuals took to social media to offer premature tributes to the Minister. The premature tributes included members from JMM, BJP and other political parties. A photo of JMM Chief Whip Mathura Prasad Mahato offering silent tribute to Minister Soren also went viral on social media. The posts were later removed once it was confirmed that the Minister’s condition was stable, causing uncertainty among the general public regarding his health.
