
The Ranchi district chapter of Hindi Sahitya Bharti held a crucial meeting at Udaan IAS Academy, located in the Maa Parvati Complex. International Hindi Sahitya Bharti’s Central General Secretary, Ramnivas Shukla, attended as the chief guest, accompanied by Dr. Vasudev Prasad as a special invitee. The discussions centered on strategies for strengthening the organization and its literary promotion efforts.
Shukla provided an in-depth overview of Hindi Sahitya Bharti’s objectives and ongoing activities, emphasizing the imperative of continuous membership growth to enhance organizational strength. He also stressed the importance of establishing and effectively running various sub-groups to manage different facets of their work. Regular organization of literary gatherings, poetry festivals, and celebratory events for eminent literary figures were highlighted as core priorities.
Dr. Vasudev Prasad praised the literary and cultural contributions of Hindi Sahitya Bharti, acknowledging its significant role in advancing the Hindi language and its literary traditions. Balram Pathak, presiding over the district meeting, announced the new policy of conducting monthly meetings for the district unit. He further elaborated on the upcoming large-scale membership drive and initiatives to connect with students through Hindi departments in colleges.
Following the strategic discussions, organizational roles were distributed. Mamta Manish Sinha was designated as the head of the Poetry Platform Cell. Vishal Kumar was appointed as the President of the Teacher Cell, and Dr. Omprakash took on the responsibility of In-charge for the Teacher Forum. The meeting was attended by district secretary Sukumar Jha, treasurer Tripureshwar Nath Mishra, Nishant Kumar Pathak, and numerous other members.
