
A public grievance redressal session, initiated by Deputy Commissioner Ram Niwas Yadav, saw immediate action on citizen complaints. Ashutosh Thakur, Deputy Collector of the District Nazarat, listened attentively to the personal and social issues presented by dozens of people from across the district. The emphasis of the session was on on-the-spot resolution, a goal achieved for many of the problems brought forward. Applications covering a wide spectrum of issues, including land disputes, ‘Maiya Samman Yojana’ related problems, the need for tricycles for differently-abled individuals, land mutation processes, health services, pensions, and ration card issues, were processed. Other critical matters like land acquisition, provision of drinking water, the ‘Abua Awas Yojana’, and education sector concerns were also discussed. Thakur ensured that each grievance was met with understanding and promptly delegated to the relevant authorities for swift and effective action.
