When a private hospital requested his expertise, he initially maintained his ₹5 fee, later agreeing to ₹50 due to hospital operational concerns, a testament to his flexibility in ensuring continued service. Dr. Singh’s life was a testament to the belief that healing is a noble calling, not a business. His simple lifestyle and emphasis on human relationships further enriched his legacy.
