
Today, November 29th, Ranchi honors the 150th birth anniversary of the iconic tribal leader Birsa Munda with the grand opening of the ‘Dharti Aba Museum’ and the release of the book titled ‘Kranti Nayak Dharti Aba Birsa Munda.’ The venue for this significant cultural event is Arogya Bhavan, located in Bariatu. Union Minister for Tribal Affairs, Jual Oram, is expected to attend as the chief guest, accompanied by Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth, as the distinguished guest. The event will be chaired by the esteemed Ram Bahadur Rai, who holds the position of Chairman at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts and is a Padma Bhushan recipient. This joint initiative by the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Ranchi, and Vikas Bharati, Bishunpur, will also see the participation of Vikas Bharati Secretary Ashok Bhagat.
