Medininagar witnessed a remarkable display of compassion as hundreds of needy individuals received blankets during a large-scale distribution event in Gram Nimia (Ward No. 3). Organized by the ‘Nayi Sanskriti Society’ and ‘Sanskar’, the initiative aimed to provide essential warmth amidst severe cold weather. Youth leader Ashish Bhardwaj, attending as the chief guest, praised the ongoing commitment of the volunteer groups. “This humanitarian effort has been a continuous five-year mission,” Bhardwaj remarked. “This year, we’re reaching out to different parts of Medininagar almost every day with blankets.” He elaborated on their dedication, saying, “Our volunteers actively check on and support those sleeping on the streets, even during the late hours of the night.” Bhardwaj emphasized that acts of service are the most valuable aspects of human life, stating, “What truly defines us is our willingness to help others, a quality that cannot be taken away.” He urged residents to be mindful of the rising cold and to extend care to their neighbors, viewing the city and its people as their own family. “Serving our community is akin to serving the nation,” he declared, expressing his honor in supporting the positive contributions of ‘Sanskar’ and ‘Nayi Sanskriti Society’. He pledged his unwavering support for their future community outreach programs. Vinod Agrawal, a guest of honor, lauded the organizations’ effective service delivery and encouraged broader community engagement. The presidents of the societies reaffirmed their dedication to serving the less fortunate, particularly during the harsh winter months, and outlined plans to extend the campaign to other localities. The event was attended by various community leaders and a large number of residents, with dedicated volunteers ensuring its successful completion.
