Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju leveled harsh criticism at Rahul Gandhi, alleging that his statements are detrimental. Rijiju stated that Gandhi’s own party MPs are made uncomfortable by his remarks. He claimed that Gandhi’s words are ‘nonsense’ and will hurt the Congress party. Rijiju brought up Gandhi’s controversial statements about Prime Minister Modi, including past instances where Gandhi faced scrutiny. He also referred to Gandhi’s comments on the Rafale deal and China. Rijiju accused Gandhi of being on a “very dangerous track” and of potentially working with foreign entities and anti-India groups aiming to destabilize the government. The Minister warned about the severe repercussions of Gandhi’s actions.
