Following a disturbing case in Indore, where a bride was arrested for allegedly killing her husband, a new incident in Prayagraj has shocked the nation. A bride, on her wedding night, issued a threat to her husband, stating that if he touched her, she would cut him into 35 pieces.
The wedding ceremony and related events had proceeded without any issues. The situation escalated when the groom attempted to be intimate with the bride. At that point, the bride took out a knife and declared, “If you touch me, your body will be cut in 35 pieces.”
When questioned, the bride revealed that she was in love with someone else—her nephew, named Aman. The groom’s family reported that the bride started to sleep with a knife beside her, creating a tense atmosphere. She threatened both the groom and his family, indicating that she would file a false case against them if anyone spoke about her actions. Furthermore, she demanded to go away with her lover, with whom she maintained contact even after the wedding.
Days later, the bride eloped with Aman, scaling the boundary wall of the house to escape. The groom’s family has filed a police complaint, and the investigation is ongoing. This incident has quickly gone viral on social media, causing a stir and drawing comparisons to the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case in Madhya Pradesh.
