Today, the Lok Sabha will hold a special discussion to commemorate the success of India’s first astronaut, Shubhanshu Shukla, and his mission to the International Space Station. The discussion will address the crucial role of space programs in the vision of a developed India by the year 2047. The Jan Vishwas (Amendment) Bill will also be introduced, and the Indian Institute of Management (Amendment) Bill is also expected to be discussed.
Shubhanshu Shukla’s return to India on Sunday was marked by a grand welcome. A large crowd, chanting patriotic slogans and playing traditional drums, gathered at the airport to greet him.
