IMPHAL: The Congress on Tuesday launched its 2nd listing of 10 applicants for the impending Manipur meeting election.
Former minister Ningthoujam Biren Singh and legislator Pukhrem Sharatchandra Singh are a few of the nominees featured in the second one listing.
The birthday party had on January 22 launched the primary listing of 40 applicants with former leader minister Okram Ibobi Singh contesting from Thoubal meeting seat.
Election to the 60-member Manipur meeting will probably be held in two levels on February 27 and March 3. The outcome will probably be declared on March 10.
