The tragic death of Raja Raghuwanshi continues to unfold with new allegations. Raja’s father, Ashok, has directly accused Raj, stating he brought the kafan (shroud) and was present at the funeral. Ashok claims Raj was continuously updating Sonam Raghuvanshi via phone throughout the ordeal.
Ashok recounted witnessing Raj’s actions, noting his presence with the shroud and his alleged duplicity. “He went everywhere to the house, here, there and was acting innocent. But all along, he was giving information to Sonam,” Ashok stated. Raja’s mother echoed these sentiments, expressing her pain and suspicion of Raj.
The family is also raising concerns about Sonam’s involvement, particularly regarding the kundali (astrological) match arranged before their marriage. Raja’s mother revealed that the kundali, matched by astrologer N.K. Pandey, was later found discarded in a temple area. The family has sought answers from the astrologer.
The investigation stems from a honeymoon in Meghalaya. Raja’s body was found. Sonam is accused of fleeing the state. The family is seeking answers and justice for their son.
