
The Bandikui-Jaipur Expressway is now accessible to the public, completing a vital section of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. This development is set to improve regional connectivity and tourism. The distance from Delhi-NCR to Jaipur can now be covered in just 2.5 to 3 hours, thanks to this new route. This 66.91 km-long route ensures quick, comfortable, and safe travel. It was opened on July 15 after adhering to all safety protocols.
The expressway spans from Sohna (Haryana) to Mozmabad (Rajasthan), passing through Bandikui, forming a crucial part of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. A senior NHAI official confirmed the opening after the completion of all necessary safety installations and signage.
Built at a cost of Rs 1,368 crore, the 66.91-km route is currently used by over 15,000 vehicles daily, with expected increases, according to the NHAI. The expressway has a maximum speed limit of 120 kmph, designed for efficient travel.
The opening of the Bandikui-Jaipur Expressway signifies a major advancement in India’s road infrastructure, connecting Sohna in Haryana and Mozmabad in Rajasthan.
