
Odisha is set to experience increased rainfall from Wednesday onwards, according to the latest forecast. The IMD has attributed the weather change to cyclonic circulations. An orange alert has been issued for Mayurbhanj, Balasore, and Keonjhar districts for June 25-26. A yellow warning is in effect for June 24, with thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds anticipated in several districts. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely in Mayurbhanj, Balasore, and Keonjhar on June 25, and in Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar on June 26. The alert for heavy rainfall continues through June 28 in various districts including Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, and others. The IMD anticipates light to moderate rain or thundershowers in the following days.
