Piyush Goyal withdraws observation on Bihar, says no purpose to insult state, its folks

NEW DELHI: Union minister Piyush Goyal on Thursday withdrew his observation to RJD chief Manoj Jha that his celebration would someday flip all of the “nation into Bihar” if they’ve their means, announcing he had no purpose of insulting the state or its folks.
