
The life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, born on September 17, 1950, in Vadnagar, Gujarat, is a testament to an extraordinary journey. Today, as he celebrates his 75th birthday, his life from a tea seller to the leader of India is celebrated. He comes from a humble family, raised by Damodardas Modi and Hiraba Modi. In his formative years, he dedicated himself to the service of the nation. He first associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and later became involved in politics with the Bharatiya Janata Party. He served as the General Secretary of the BJP in Gujarat in 1987. His tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat from October 2001 to May 2014 saw significant changes. He took oath as the Prime Minister of India on May 26th, 2014.
