Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the central figure at a ceremony in Delhi today, commemorating the centenary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). A special commemorative coin and postage stamp will be issued during the event. As the chief guest, PM Modi will also address the gathering. Elsewhere, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced a day of state mourning to mourn the death of senior BJP leader and former minister Vijay Kumar Malhotra. In a separate incident, nine migrant workers died when a building under construction at the Ennore Thermal Power Station in Chennai collapsed. The deceased workers were all from Assam.
