NEW DELHI: Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Sunday attacked the Centre over the Agnipath army recruitment scheme, pronouncing the rustic’s safety and the way forward for the formative years are in peril with this “new experiment” of High Minister Narendra Modi’s “laboratory”.
