
In a Teacher’s Day event, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai launched Mission Antariksh and Project Jai Vigyan to promote space science education in Chhattisgarh. The initiatives were initiated from the Chief Minister’s residence. Memorandums of Understanding were established between the Raipur district administration, the Igniting Dreams of Young Minds Foundation, and Vigyan Bharati to support educational efforts. CM Sai acknowledged Group Captain Shubhashnu Shukla’s contributions to space exploration, extending his greetings to teachers. He emphasized that science is essential for developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Project Jai Vigyan is intended to provide learning opportunities through workshops, exhibitions, and competitions. The Chief Minister highlighted the necessity of nurturing young innovators to build an Atmanirbhar Bharat grounded in science, encouraging children to follow in Shubhashnu Shukla’s footsteps. Group Captain Shukla acknowledged the significance of the Chief Minister’s initiative in inspiring the state’s children. Education Minister Gajendra Yadav, Raipur Collector Gaurav Kumar Singh, and several students and teachers were present.
