The Regional Meteorological Centre predicts a predominantly dry spell for Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal for the immediate future. However, scattered light rainfall is possible in one or two isolated spots within the state. This dry trend is linked to variations in wind speed and direction. Despite some atmospheric moisture, substantial rainfall is not expected this week, following the recent dissipation of a low-pressure system in the Bay of Bengal.
