On Thursday, an IndiGo flight bound for Dubai from Surat was diverted to Ahmedabad due to a technical malfunction. The flight departed Surat at 9:30 am and landed at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at approximately 11:00 am. IndiGo provided a replacement flight for the passengers. The landing was deemed safe and was not an emergency situation. Separately, on August 24th, an Alliance Air flight scheduled to fly from Hyderabad to Tirupati was canceled due to ongoing technical difficulties. After an initial return to the bay for engineering checks, the aircraft was cleared, but a subsequent issue led to the flight’s cancellation to prevent further disruption.
