SpiceJet announced that technical glitches are affecting its customer care helpline, leading to difficulties for some passengers in contacting the airline. The airline is working to fix the problem. In a separate occurrence, a cosmetic window frame became dislodged on a SpiceJet flight from Goa to Pune. The airline stated that the component was a non-structural part, designed for shading, and did not compromise the safety of the aircraft. Cabin pressurization was maintained throughout the flight, and the situation was addressed upon arrival.
