Tejashwi Yadav has intensified his criticism, focusing on alleged irregularities in the voter list and the Election Commission’s handling of the matter. He directly accused Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha of having his name in the voter lists of two separate locations, Bankipur and Lakhisarai.
Regarding the notice issued by the Election Commission, Yadav mentioned that he responded to it on time. He questioned whether the Election Commission, along with the Patna and Lakhisarai district administrations, would issue a notice to Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha. He questioned whether action should be taken against Vijay Kumar Sinha, mirroring the swiftness with which action was demanded against him. He accused the BJP of undermining democracy and the constitution, alleging that they are using the Election Commission to achieve this. He described the SIR process as a major fraud and stated that they will present evidence in court. He pointed out that the Deputy CM’s name appearing in two different voter lists, even after revision, is a significant proof of the fraud.
