
The political landscape of Telangana is mourning the loss of Maganti Gopinath, a senior BRS leader and Jubilee Hills MLA, who died at 63. He passed away early Sunday morning in Hyderabad. Gopinath was admitted to AIG Hospital on June 5 after suffering a heart attack and was being treated in the ICU. The hospital confirmed his death at 5:45 AM on June 8. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy expressed his deep sorrow. K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), the former Chief Minister and BRS party chief, also expressed his grief, stating that it was a considerable loss for the party. KTR, the BRS Working President, also offered his condolences, and remembered Gopinath’s work. BRS MLC Sravan Dasoju also paid tribute, noting Gopinath’s dedication. Gopinath was a three-time MLA from Jubilee Hills.
