
Tragedy struck in Thane, Maharashtra, late Monday night as two cousins were murdered in a brutal attack. Unidentified assailants, armed with swords and knives, were responsible for the fatal assault. The incident occurred on a road in Khardi village at approximately 11:30 pm. The victims suffered severe injuries during the attack and collapsed at the scene. They were immediately taken to a nearby hospital, but sadly, doctors declared them dead. Authorities are working to determine the reason behind the attack. The deceased have been identified as Praful Tangdi (42) and Chetan Tangdi (22), both residing in Khardi village, as stated by police. The bodies have been sent to a government hospital for a postmortem. A case has been registered against the unknown attackers under Section 103(1) of the Indian Penal Code. The police have initiated a search to apprehend those involved.
