Lok Sabha Election 2024. The nomination of Asim Raza, who filed nomination on Wednesday from Rampur Lok Sabha seat as SP candidate, was rejected after scrutiny on Thursday. Asim Raza’s nomination papers have been canceled after investigation revealed some flaws.

Let us tell you that Asim Raza is considered close to senior SP leader former minister Azam Khan. He has contested as SP candidate in the by-election due to Azam resigning from the membership of Parliament after being elected to the Assembly in 2022. However, he had to face defeat at the hands of BJP’s Ghanshyam Lodhi.

The nomination papers of Azam Khan’s close aide and SP leader Asim Raza have been rejected. It is being told that the nomination has been rejected due to absence of Form A, B and Form 2.
