
Raipur News: Raipur. The Food Safety Department has become active before the Holi festival in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. Every year the consumption of fake mawa, cheese and adulterated sweets increases during festivals. To stop this, the administration has started strictly. The team of Food Safety Officer Sadhana Chandrakar, Roshni Rajput, Brijendra Bharti and Siddharth Pandey reached the hotel today and investigated.
The team took samples of sweets from Vivaan Food (Professor Colony), Aggarwal Mitra Wala (Davada Colony, Pachpedi), Calcutta Sweet (Tatibandh), and New Delhi Sweets (Raipur). During the investigation, 4 legal and 4 surveillance samples of Gulab Jamun, Kunda, Luz Chamcham and Gujhiya were collected. In addition, 50 samples were tested in the running food laboratory, out of which 48 samples were found to be standard, while 2 samples were found to be disobedient.
