Ravindra Jadeja has once again proven his mettle, earning the Player of the Series award following India’s dominant 2-0 Test series win against the West Indies. Beyond his individual honor, Jadeja’s performance saw him surpass veteran spinner Harbhajan Singh in the record books for most Test wickets taken at home by an Indian. The all-rounder’s impactful contribution included a remarkable century (104 runs) in his only innings at the crease and eight wickets across the two-match series. This bowling tally elevates Jadeja to third place on the all-time list of Indian bowlers with the most wickets in international matches played in India, with a total of 377 wickets. This marks a significant achievement and his third Player of the Series award in the longest format, all achieved on Indian soil.
