Arun Jaitley served as the Finance Minister from 2014 to 2019 and was honored with the Padma Vibhushan award after his passing. Rohan Jaitley has made his mark in both law and sports administration. He is a lawyer practicing in the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. He has also made key contributions in cricket administration, with the Arun Jaitley Stadium hosting matches of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 and played a key role in launching the Delhi Premier League. He is seen as a potential successor to Jay Shah as the Secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
