In the match, London Spirit, batting first, scored 126 runs for 6 wickets in their 100 balls. Birmingham Phoenix, chasing 127 runs, reached the target in 65 balls, thanks to a strong half-century by Joe Clarke and the blistering partnership of Livingstone and Bethell.
Livingstone and Bethell remained undefeated and ensured their team’s victory. They put on a partnership of 63 runs in 25 balls, with an incredible 50 runs scored in just 13 balls. During these 13 balls, the two batsmen hit 6 sixes and 1 four.
RCB Players’ Explosive Batting: High Strike Rates
Both Livingstone and Bethell displayed phenomenal strike rates of 225 each during their batting. Livingstone scored 45 runs off 20 balls, including 1 four and 5 sixes. Bethell contributed 18 runs off 8 balls with 2 sixes. Birmingham Phoenix won the match with 3 wickets to spare.
