Ahead of the India vs. Australia Under-19 series, Indian cricketer Vaibhav Suryavanshi, currently in Australia, has become the subject of a viral video showcasing a unique arrival. The series will begin with an ODI format, followed by two multi-day matches. The ODI series is set to commence on September 21st.
The video, shared by Suryavanshi on his Instagram story and subsequently by his IPL team Rajasthan Royals, presents a creative animation of Suryavanshi. The animation shows him descending from the sky directly onto the cricket pitch, evoking the imagery of a spacecraft landing. Initially, the video portrays him with a robotic appearance before transitioning to his usual persona, where he is seen executing a powerful cricket shot.
Suryavanshi is on his first tour of Australia and will be participating in his first ODI series against the Australian team. Prior to this, he has played ODIs against the Under-19 teams of Bangladesh, England, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. He has accumulated 432 runs with an average of 54, including one century, in eight ODIs.
In addition to the ODI series, the Indian Under-19 team will engage in two multi-day matches in Australia. Before this, Suryavanshi has only played four multi-day matches, two of which were on Indian soil against Australia and two during the England tour. The upcoming matches will mark Suryavanshi’s first time playing multi-day matches in Australia.
