Microsoft is introducing a range of new AI-powered features to Windows 11 through Copilot. The update includes the Copilot Vision tool, enabling users to scan their screens and interact with the displayed content by asking questions. Users can also use Copilot to perform tasks, such as image enhancements. According to a consumer AI report, generative AI is now widely used for both professional and personal purposes. With the new features, Windows aims to provide more intuitive experiences. The update will also provide exclusive features for Copilot Plus PC users, including the ‘Click to Do’ preview function. Additional features in the update include an AI-powered sticker generator in Paint and an object select tool. The rollout will commence in August, coinciding with the release of other new features such as a color picker in the Snipping Tool and improvements to address unexpected PC restarts.
