**Online Name Change Procedure**
1. Go to the National Voter Service Portal: https://voters.eci.gov.in/.
2. On the homepage, locate the option: ‘Shifting of Residence/Correction of Entry in Existing Electoral Roll’. Click the Form 8 icon.
3. To proceed with the name change, click on Form 8.
4. Provide your mobile number; the number should be the one linked to your Voter ID. An OTP will be sent to verify.
5. Once logged in, enter your Voter ID card number to view your details.
