A short-lived but significant disruption affected Apple users in India early Tuesday, with multiple iCloud services experiencing downtime. Users reported issues with iCloud Mail, Find My, and Photos, among other services. The problem was resolved, but not before causing frustration and prompting numerous complaints online. Apple’s System Status page indicated the outage started around 12:06 AM IST on June 25th, and services were fully restored by 4:30 AM. Downdetector showed a spike in user reports around 1:15 AM, with over 900 users reporting issues. Services impacted included iCloud Mail, Photos, Find My, iCloud Account & Sign-In, and web apps like iCloud.com. The location-tracking feature, Find My, was unavailable for several hours, and email and login functionalities were also affected. Some users were prompted to re-enter their Apple ID credentials, and others faced email sending errors. Appleās official response was brief, stating only that ‘some users were affected’ and ‘experienced an issue.’ All affected services are now functioning normally, and users do not need to take any corrective measures.
