Following the recent launch of the S25 FE and S11 tabs, attention shifts to the anticipated Samsung Galaxy S26 Pro and S26 Ultra. Samsung is planning significant changes to its flagship smartphones in 2026, including the discontinuation of the “+” model, with the base model becoming the Pro version. The new flagship is speculated to be 6.7mm thick and equipped with a 6.27-inch screen, thinner bezels, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will likely feature 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The camera system is expected to consist of a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera, complemented by a 4,300mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging and Qi2 wireless charging, with magnetic components. The leaks suggest that the new version will adopt more rounded edges compared to the current design. The phone will have a 6.9-inch screen with third-generation anti-reflective glass, up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. The camera system will reportedly include a 200MP main camera, a 50MP periscope camera with a wider aperture, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 12MP telephoto lens. The Ultra version is expected to retain the 5,000mAh battery, but will have 60W wired charging. It will also incorporate magnetic wireless charging and be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 globally. The S26 Edge is rumored to be almost 5.5mm thick, with a 6.7-inch screen featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ resolution. It may include up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, a 200MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 4,300mAh battery supporting Qi2 magnetic wireless charging.
