The situation has prompted queries regarding the stability of the IT giant. Some reports suggest employees in cities like Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai are under pressure to find new projects within a tight timeframe or face job loss. The Labour Ministry has also received complaints from NITES, an IT employee welfare association, concerning the layoffs.
