Windows 11 is slated to receive a significant update featuring new AI tools integrated via Copilot. Key among these is the Copilot Vision tool, designed to scan and analyze anything on a user’s screen, streamlining access to on-screen information. Users will be able to ask questions about the content displayed and command Copilot to execute tasks like enhancing the lighting in a picture. The features are planned to be rolled out gradually. Furthermore, Copilot Plus PC owners will have access to additional, exclusive tools. The ‘Click to Do’ preview function offers actions like paragraph summarization and improved reading fluency. Other features coming include an AI-powered sticker generator in Paint, an object select tool for image editing, and an AI lighting option in Photos. These features will start rolling out in August, alongside other non-AI features.
