In a significant development 40 years after the Air India Kanishka bombing, Canada has identified the individual known as ‘Mr. X.’ The RCMP’s investigation has brought to light a crucial element of the 1985 bombing, which killed 329 people. This breakthrough is a major step forward, as ‘Mr. X’ remained unidentified for decades. RCMP Assistant Commissioner David Teboul confirmed the death of ‘Mr. X’ during a memorial event. He did not disclose his name. The investigation revealed that ‘Mr. X’ traveled to Duncan, British Columbia, on June 4, 1985, with Talwinder Singh Parmar and Inderjit Singh Reyat. The group was observed testing a bomb in a forest. Shockingly, Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) agents failed to properly interpret the event. Air India Flight 182 was bombed on June 23, 1985, while en route from Montreal to Mumbai, resulting in the loss of all 329 lives on board.
