A serious incident unfolded at Denver Airport when an American Airlines flight’s landing gear caught fire before takeoff. The flight, bound for Miami, was evacuated, ensuring the safety of all on board. The plane, a Boeing 737 MAX 8, was preparing to depart when the landing gear malfunctioned. All 173 passengers and six crew members were safely evacuated. The Denver Fire Department responded to the scene. Visuals captured the distressing moment as passengers slid to safety. According to the FAA, the flight was scheduled to depart from gate C34 at 1:12 pm. The incident near runway 34L was reported around 2:45 pm. Five individuals were evaluated on site, with one receiving additional care.
