Donald Trump, former US President, commented on the Russia-Ukraine conflict via social media, implying that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy could quickly end the war. “President Zelenskyy of Ukraine can end the war with Russia almost immediately, if he wants to, or he can continue to fight. Remember how it started. No getting back Obama given Crimea (12 years ago, without a shot being fired!), and NO GOING INTO NATO BY UKRAINE. Some things never change!!!” Trump also announced a White House gathering that would include several European leaders, including President Macron, Prime Minister Starmer, Prime Minister Meloni, and Chancellor Merz, joining Zelenskyy for a meeting at the White House.
