On Sunday, the Kamchatka coast in Russia experienced two strong earthquakes. The first registered a magnitude of 6.6 and the second, shortly after, measured 6.7. Both quakes occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers. This area is part of the Pacific ‘Ring of Fire,’ an area prone to seismic activity. No immediate reports have emerged regarding damage or any injuries.
