Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy indicated that the primary targets of Russian attacks were civilian infrastructure, specifically energy facilities. He stated that Russia is pursuing an aggressive strategy of targeting energy facilities before winter, intending to disrupt its neighbor’s operations.
