Furthermore, Modi is slated to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in China after concluding his engagements in Japan. Reflecting on the progress in relations since his meeting with President Xi Jinping, Modi emphasized the positive impact of stable, predictable relations between India and China. Modi highlighted the necessity for India and China to work together to stabilize the world economy in the face of global economic and political challenges, including the impact of the war in Ukraine and tariffs from the United States.
