This international accolade signals India’s potent capabilities in cutting-edge defense technology, directly challenging established global manufacturers. The Kaal Bhairav E2A2 is distinguished as India’s inaugural AI-driven, autonomous Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) combat drone. Meticulously designed and manufactured by Flying Wedge Defense and Aerospace, it represents a substantial stride in the nation’s quest for technological sovereignty. This remarkable drone can sustain flight for 30 hours and traverse 3,000 km, with its integrated artificial intelligence managing critical functions like mission planning, target acquisition, and coordinated swarm maneuvers autonomously. This autonomy is key to its advanced operational potential. Engineered with future conflict scenarios in mind, the Kaal Bhairav boasts a robust and versatile platform.
