Senior Congress MLA Sunny Joseph has demanded a law to cook in coconut oil instead of burying wild boar. Joseph, an MLA from Paravur, said that if the Congress -led UDF comes to power, then it should enact a law to allow wild boar meat to cook. Under the ‘Malayora Samara Yatra’ protest march of the United Democratic Front (UDF), there was a recent meeting in Kottiyur in this district, in which he criticized the current rule related to wild boars. According to him, under this rule, the licensee which put kerosene on the wild pigs killed with weapons burns them.
